SECAN testing - seen to be believed
TÜV Product Service can now test in accordance with the new SECAN Doctrine and Information Publication 27 (SDIP-27), as well as continuing to carry out testing to the old AMSG standards when required.
We have a long history of testing for the phenomenon of unintentional compromising emanations (CE) radiated from electromechanical and electronic data-processing equipment. We have been conducting independent TEMPEST testing for over 20 years on behalf of industry, the MOD and other government bodies.
Our TEMPEST test facilities are accredited by CESG, the UK's National TEMPEST Authority, to perform the full range of TEMPEST Certification and Production Sampling testing, including screened enclosure, off-site mobile systems and platforms. We also provide installation support to the requirements of the new SDIP-29, which has replaced AMSG 719.
SDIP-27 covers all of the AMSGs in one document and is split into the following three parts:
- Level A (was AMSG-720B)
- Level B (was AMSG-788A)
- Level C (was AMSG-784B volumes 1 and 2)
To enable us to perform this specialised CE testing, we have two dedicated TEMPEST receivers, signal generators and state-of-the-art equipment that enables us to view, measure and evaluate the new generation of Gigabit LANS, ensuring security of your new technology.
