TÜV Product Service helps Dominic Littlewood solve a problem for a consumer
During a recent episode on the BBC’s “Don’t Get Done, Get Dom”, Dominic Littlewood helped a consumer receive a replacement washing machine after she had made the purchase on the Internet and taken delivery of a damaged machine. Using its extensive test facilities at Octagon House in Fareham, TÜV Product Service simulated the damage that could have been sustained to the washing machine during shipment and provided useful evidence for Dominic Littlewood to seek redress from the retailer who had supplied the damaged goods.
